Summary
This study tests whether the drug nivolumab can be safely given after a half-matched bone marrow transplant to help prevent sarcoma from returning. It includes children and young adults (ages 1 to 50) with high-risk, recurrent, or hard-to-treat sarcomas. Researchers will monitor side effects and overall survival to see if this approach works better than current options.
