First seen Jan 07, 2026 · Last updated Jun 08, 2026 · Updated 25 times

Summary

This study tests whether the immunotherapy drug nivolumab, given after standard chemo-radiation, can help prevent bladder cancer from coming back. About 200 adults with localized muscle-invasive bladder cancer who cannot have bladder removal surgery are taking part. The main goal is to see how many people are still cancer-free two years after starting treatment.
