New hope for rare tumor patients: drug trial underway

Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called nirogacestat in about 40 adults with desmoid tumors (also called aggressive fibromatosis). The goal is to see how safe the drug is and what effects it has. Participants will take the drug and be monitored for side effects and tumor response.
