Summary
This study tests whether the drug niraparib can help control advanced soft tissue sarcoma that has certain DNA repair mutations. About 8 adults with inoperable or spreading sarcoma will receive niraparib to see if it slows tumor growth and is safe. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people whose cancer has not responded to standard therapies.
