Summary
This early-phase study tests a combination of two oral and intravenous drugs (niraparib and copanlisib) in people whose endometrial, ovarian, peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer has returned. The main goal is to find the safest dose and understand side effects. About 31 participants with specific genetic mutations or resistant disease are taking part.
