This study tests if giving babies in the NICU 3-5 minutes of air time (no diaper) can prevent and treat diaper rash. Researchers will track 320 infants born at 30 weeks or older to see if this simple, drug-free approach reduces rashes. The goal is a safe, low-cost way to keep delicate skin healthy.
