Summary
This study looked at how nicotine from different oral nicotine pouches gets into the blood of 27 healthy adults who already use snus or nicotine pouches. Participants tried four different products over a short stay in the clinic, and researchers measured nicotine levels in their blood and how much nicotine was left in the pouches after use. The goal was to understand the differences in nicotine delivery between products, not to treat any disease.
