Summary
This study looks at whether a single dose of nicotinamide riboside (NR), a common supplement, can change how healthy adults sleep. Twenty people with mild sleep troubles will have their sleep measured in a lab after taking either NR or a placebo. The goal is to see if NR has any immediate effects on sleep quality and safety.
