Summary
This study tests if nicorandil, a heart medication, can reduce inflammation and improve symptoms in people with active rheumatoid arthritis. About 46 adults who are already on standard arthritis drugs will take nicorandil for 3 months. Researchers will measure joint swelling, pain, and quality of life to see if the drug helps control the disease.
