Summary
This study aims to collect medical information from up to 10,000 patients and stem cell donors to help researchers learn more about a wide range of diseases. Participants' existing medical records, test results, and treatment data will be gathered over two years. The goal is to use this information to generate new ideas and questions for future medical research and to help train doctors.
