Summary
This study aims to collect medical information from up to 10,000 patients and stem cell donors to help researchers learn more about a wide range of diseases and train future doctors. Participants' existing medical records, test results, and treatment data will be gathered over two years. The goal is to build a database that can spark ideas for future medical research.
