This study tested whether using technology (like apps or video calls) to check in with doctors from home helps obese teenagers lose weight better than regular in-person visits. 91 teens aged 11-17 took part. The main goal was to see if the tech-based approach led to a bigger drop in body mass index (BMI) after 15 months.
