Gentle Jaw-Moving mouthpiece aims to ease sleep apnea

Summary
This study is testing a new type of nighttime mouthpiece designed to help control obstructive sleep apnea (OSA). The device gently and gradually moves the lower jaw forward during sleep to keep the airway open. Researchers will measure its effects on breathing, oxygen levels, and sleep quality in 40 adults with mild to moderate OSA.
