Summary
This study is testing whether adding a new immunotherapy drug called envafolimab to standard chemotherapy works better for advanced soft tissue sarcoma. The trial will involve about 15 adults with this rare cancer who haven't had any prior treatment. Researchers hope the combination will help control the cancer for longer and be more effective than chemotherapy alone.
