First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 21 times

Summary

This study tests a new type of PET/MRI scan to see if it can find active high-grade glioma (a serious brain cancer) in children and adults after they finish standard radiation therapy. About 20 participants will get the special scan, and doctors will follow them for up to 2 years to check if the scan correctly spots remaining tumor. The goal is to improve how we detect and monitor this aggressive cancer.
