Scientists test potential One-Time cure for recurring malaria

Summary
This study is testing a new drug combination to completely cure a specific type of malaria (P. vivax) and prevent it from coming back. It will involve 104 adults with active malaria infection. Researchers will compare the new combination (SJ733 and tafenoquine) to a standard treatment to see if it's safer and more effective at keeping people malaria-free for six months.
