Summary

This study tests whether a shorter course of chemotherapy (2 cycles instead of 6) followed by a new targeted drug called AZD0486 works better and is safer than the standard 6-cycle chemo for elderly or frail patients newly diagnosed with large B-cell lymphoma. About 420 participants will be randomly assigned to one of the two treatment groups. The goal is to see if the new approach can control the disease with fewer side effects.
