Summary

This study tests a new treatment model for elderly patients (65+) with early-stage lung cancer. It combines advanced surgical techniques, comprehensive care before and after surgery, and personalized rehabilitation. The goal is to improve survival and reduce complications. 1,000 participants will be followed long-term to compare different surgical approaches.
