Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called CIR-0602K in 40 adults with type 1 diabetes who already use an automated insulin pump. The goal is to see if the drug helps them keep their blood sugar in a healthy range more often and reduces how much insulin they need each day. Participants will take either the drug or a placebo for several weeks, and researchers will measure blood sugar levels, insulin use, and heart health markers.
