First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 30 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding three drugs (vincristine, irinotecan, regorafenib) to standard chemotherapy helps people with newly diagnosed Ewing sarcoma that has spread. About 437 participants aged 1 to 50 will receive either the new combo or standard treatment. The goal is to see if the new approach delays cancer growth and improves survival.
