What this could mean
Our plain-language read of the trial. This is informational only — not medical advice or a prediction.
Active substance
PF-08634404 (also called SSGJ-707) given with chemotherapy
What this could lead to
If it works, this could offer a new treatment option for people with a rare and aggressive lung cancer that has changed form after earlier therapy.
What could go wrong
This is a small, early-phase trial with only 40 participants, so results may not apply to everyone. The drug combination may cause side effects or fail to shrink tumors.
