Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab, called QL1706) plus chemotherapy for people with advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that hasn't been treated yet. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors and control the disease. About 32 adults will receive the treatment every 3 weeks, and researchers will monitor their response and any side effects.
