Summary
This study is testing a new first-line treatment for advanced colorectal cancer that aims to avoid chemotherapy. It combines targeted drugs that block cancer growth signals with or without immunotherapy drugs that help the immune system fight cancer. The goal is to see if this chemotherapy-free approach is safe and effective at controlling the cancer for people with a specific genetic type of tumor.
