First seen Jan 04, 2026 · Last updated Jun 17, 2026 · Updated 27 times

Summary

This study tests a mix of three drugs (liposomal irinotecan, capecitabine, and enlonstobart) plus a short course of radiation given before surgery for locally advanced rectal cancer. The goal is to see if this approach can make tumors disappear completely or leave no cancer cells behind after surgery. About 30 adults aged 18-75 with a specific type of rectal cancer that hasn't spread far will take part.
