First seen Dec 10, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 29 times

Summary

This study tests a new combination of drugs (L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, N-Acetylcysteine, CDK4/6 inhibitors, and Fulvestrant) in 40 women with HR-positive/HER2-negative advanced breast cancer whose disease got worse after standard therapy. The goal is to see if the combo can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants will be closely monitored for safety and response.
