This study tests a new combination of drugs (L-Ornithine L-Aspartate, N-Acetylcysteine, CDK4/6 inhibitors, and Fulvestrant) in 40 women with HR-positive/HER2-negative advanced breast cancer whose disease got worse after standard therapy.
