New Immune-Boosting drugs tested in fight against spreading bowel cancer

NCT ID NCT07079631

Summary

This study is testing whether two new drugs, BNT314 and BNT327, can help the body's immune system fight cancer when given alongside standard chemotherapy. It is for people with metastatic colorectal cancer that has spread and is not responding well to initial treatments. The main goals are to find safe doses and see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth better than chemotherapy alone.
