BioNTech tests new Immune-Boosting cancer combo in major trial
NCT ID NCT07079631
Summary
This study is testing whether two new immune-boosting drugs (BNT314 and BNT327) work better when added to standard chemotherapy for advanced colorectal cancer that has spread. Researchers will enroll 482 people whose cancer didn't respond well to initial treatment or who haven't had any treatment yet. The trial aims to find the safest doses and see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth more effectively than chemotherapy alone.
