Summary

This study is testing a combination of four different treatments for a rare type of brain cancer called primary central nervous system lymphoma. The treatment includes a personalized immune cell therapy (CAR-T), a stem cell transplant, and two other drugs. The goal is to see if this combined approach is safe and effective at controlling the cancer in adults who have not responded well to initial treatment or whose cancer has returned.
