Multi-Attack trial aims to control aggressive brain cancer
NCT ID NCT07198464
Summary
This study is testing a combination of four treatments for a rare and aggressive type of brain lymphoma. It will enroll 30 adults to see if using a personalized immune cell therapy (CAR-T), a stem cell transplant, and two other drugs together is safe and effective. The goal is to control the cancer and prevent it from coming back, especially for patients whose disease has not responded to initial treatments.
