Summary

This is a first-in-human study testing a new personalized cell therapy called CLIC-2201 for adults and children with B-cell blood cancers that have returned or not responded to other treatments. The therapy involves collecting a patient's own immune cells, genetically modifying them to target cancer, and infusing them back. The main goal is to find the safest dose and check for side effects in 24 participants.
