New 'Living Drug' trial offers hope for tough blood cancers
NCT ID NCT06208735
Summary
This is a first-in-human safety study testing a new personalized cell therapy called CLIC-2201. It is for adults and children with B-cell blood cancers (like leukemia and lymphoma) that have returned or not responded to other treatments. The main goal is to find the safest and most effective dose by collecting a patient's own immune cells, modifying them to target cancer, and infusing them back.
