New scan aims to spot cancer spread more clearly

Summary
This study is testing a new type of PET/CT scan that uses a special tracer called [¹⁸F]FAPI-74. The goal is to see how well this scan can detect when stomach or esophageal cancer has spread to other parts of the body. Researchers will compare the new scan's accuracy to current standard tests in 200 adult patients. The study will also monitor participants for any side effects from the scan.
