Summary

This is an early-stage study to find a safe and effective dose of a new drug called JNJ-95437446 for people with advanced solid tumors, including colorectal, lung, and head/neck cancers. The main goal is to understand the drug's safety and side effects in about 380 participants. Researchers will also look for early signs that the drug might help control the cancer.
