Summary
This early-stage trial is testing a new experimental drug called JNJ-95437446 in people with advanced solid tumors, including colorectal, lung, and head/neck cancers. The study aims to find safe doses and check for side effects in 380 participants. Researchers will also gather initial information about whether the drug helps control cancer growth.
