Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new immunotherapy drug called denikitug. It is being tested alone and in combination with another immunotherapy drug in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to standard treatments. The main goal is to see how well the body tolerates the drug and to look for early signs that it might help control the cancer.
