Summary

This is a first-in-human study to test the safety and find the right dose of a new immunotherapy drug called denikitug. It is being tested alone and in combination with another immunotherapy drug in adults with advanced solid tumors that have stopped responding to available treatments. The main goals are to see how safe the drug is and if it shows any early signs of helping to control the cancer.
