Scientists test advanced brain scan to spot hidden cancer
NCT ID NCT05632562
Summary
This study is testing a new type of brain scan to see if it can better detect remaining cancer in patients with high-grade glioma after they finish standard radiation therapy. Participants will receive two special PET/MRI scans shortly after their treatment. Researchers will follow participants for up to two years to see if the new scans accurately predict patient outcomes.
