Experimental injection aims to ease debilitating back pain
NCT ID NCT06053242
Summary
This study is testing whether a new injection called CELZ-201-DDT can safely reduce pain and improve movement in people with long-term lower back pain caused by worn spinal discs. It will involve 45 adults who have not gotten enough relief from standard treatments like physical therapy and pain medications. Participants will receive a series of injections in their back muscles and be monitored for six months to see if the treatment helps.
