First seen Apr 17, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 4 times
Summary
This study tests a new combination of drugs (venetoclax, azacitidine, chidamide, and others) against the standard chemotherapy for adults aged 60-75 with newly diagnosed acute myeloid leukemia (AML). The goal is to see if the new regimen leads to more complete remissions and fewer side effects. About 120 participants will be randomly assigned to either the new combo or standard treatment.
