Summary

This study is looking for 500 adults with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or type 2 diabetes to help researchers find new ways to diagnose and monitor these conditions. Participants will provide blood samples and undergo advanced MRI scans, but this study does not test any new treatments.
