Summary
This study is looking for 500 adults with Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, or type 2 diabetes to help researchers find new ways to diagnose and monitor these conditions. The goal is to identify markers in the blood and brain scans that could lead to earlier detection and better tracking of disease progression. Participants will provide blood samples and undergo advanced MRI scans, but this study does not test any new treatments.
