NCT ID NCT07469163
First seen Mar 21, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study is testing how much walking practice on a special treadmill (split-belt treadmill with virtual reality) people who recently had a stroke can handle in one day. The goal is to find the right amount of training that is safe and tolerable. 72 stroke survivors who had their first stroke within the past 3 months will take part. The results will help design larger studies to see if this training improves walking and balance.
