Summary

This study looks at whether a brain training method called neurofeedback can help new mothers who have experienced childhood trauma feel better emotionally. Twenty moms between 3 and 24 months after giving birth will try the training and report on their mood, stress, and parenting. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and improves well-being.
