Nerve stretching order may ease wrist pain, small study finds

Summary

This study tested two ways of performing nerve-mobilization exercises in 56 adults with carpal tunnel syndrome. One group did the exercises from the neck down to the hand, and the other group did them from the hand up to the neck. The goal was to see which sequence better reduced wrist pain, improved movement, and helped daily function. Results are not yet reported.
