First seen Apr 09, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 11 times

Summary

This study compared two types of nerve gliding exercises (slider vs tensioner) added to standard physical therapy for people with cervical radiculopathy—a pinched nerve in the neck causing pain, numbness, or weakness in the arm. Thirty-six adults aged 30-50 with symptoms lasting over 3 months took part. Researchers measured pain, neck movement, hand grip strength, and nerve signals to see which technique works better.
