Summary
This study tested two types of nerve-stretching exercises (slider and tensioner) added to standard physical therapy for people with neck and arm pain from a pinched nerve (cervical radiculopathy). 36 adults aged 30-50 took part. The goal was to see which technique better reduces pain, improves movement, and restores nerve function.
