NCT ID NCT06539650
First seen Jan 17, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 18 times
Summary
This study looked at how a single session of strength training with a metronome (paced beats) affects the brain and nerves that control muscles. Thirty healthy men aged 18 to 40 did different types of paced exercises. The goal was to see if adding natural movement variability speeds up brain adaptations, which could help with injury rehab. No treatment or cure was tested.
