Summary
This early-stage study tested the safety and effects of an experimental drug called NEU-627 in healthy volunteers. Researchers gave different doses to 74 healthy adults to see how their bodies handled the drug and what side effects occurred. The study also checked how food affects the drug and measured drug levels in spinal fluid.
