New injection shows promise for chronic back pain disease
NCT ID NCT07277179
Summary
This study tested whether netakimab, an injectable medication, is better than a placebo at reducing symptoms in Chinese adults with active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of inflammatory arthritis that mainly affects the spine. Participants received injections and were monitored for over a year to see improvements in pain, stiffness, and physical function. The goal was to see if this drug could effectively control the disease.
