Summary

This study tests whether stimulating the pudendal nerve with a small electrical current can improve erections in men with erectile dysfunction. 72 men aged 18-60 will receive either real stimulation or a sham procedure. Researchers will measure changes in erectile function, hardness, and quality of life over three months.
